The following amendment is made;
12.4
A boat starting before 09.30 local time will be scored Did Not Start without a hearing. This changes rule A4.
A boat starting after 10.30 local time will be timed from 10:30. This changes rule A4.
A boat starting after 12.00 local time will be scored Did Not Start without a hearing. This changes rule A4.
